These terms apply when you use knownwatersco.com or buy from Known Waters Co. ("we"). By placing an order, you agree to them.
Prices and errors
Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. If we list something at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it's confirmed.
Taxes
Where we're required to collect sales tax, it's calculated and shown at checkout. Otherwise, prices include any applicable tax.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are charged at checkout and ship by the date shown on the product page and at checkout. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. If we can't ship by the stated date, we'll email you before that date with a new estimate and the option to cancel for a prompt full refund.
Shipping and returns
We ship within the US only. Every item is printed to order. Our shipping times and return and exchange policy are in the FAQ, and they're part of these terms.
Our artwork
The Known Waters Co. name, pin emblems, and other artwork are ours. Buying a hoodie doesn't give you rights to reproduce the designs.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to what you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
